Potty issues

I have been trying to get my 28 month old to potty train for well over 6 months with no progress. She thinks her training toilet is a toy. We even tried putting her on the big potty cause the seat from her toilet converts but all she does is play with the toilet paper. Im trying to get her ready for a highly recomended and expencive preschool but she has to be potty training before they will even consider her. And completly potty trained before she can even start. Any ideas on getting her to try?

  • Get her a potty training doll Is she showing signs that she's ready?? Like pulling off her dirty diaper? You can't force this if you try she will regress my brother tried to potty train his dd too soon and took her diapers away now when she has to potty she goes wherever she's at. Try taking her to the bathroom with you when you go hell if you think it would help you could go in her potty with her watching so she knows its not a toy and the first time she goes make a huge deal about it cheer for her and tell her what a big girl she is and how pround of her you are. Maybe ever resort to a treat
