What is an easy meal to make?

I am trying to figure out what to make for dinner...we really only have non breaded chicken strips...any ideas? I know this really isn't a baby question but I can not think right now of what to make?!? Love to hear what you would make?

  • Are you planning on going to the store?? I mean I really can't help unless I know what you have at your house...lol.

    you could make chicken spaghetti.
boil the chicken. shred it into pieces. melt 1/2 block of velveeta cheese then mix 1 can of rotel && 1 can of cream of mushroom with the cheese in a big pan. boil about 1/2 a box of noodles [[your choice, I use rotini noodles]]. mix the noodles && shredded chicken in with the cheese, rotel, && cream of mushroom. let it simmer for about 10 minutes on med-low. pop some rolls in the oven && TADA!! cheap easy meal

  • oh && I usually use about 3 chicken breasts, so just use however many chicken strips that would equal 3 chicken breasts.

  • I use boneless skinless chicken breasts at home to make oven-fried chicken strips. You cut the breasts into strips, roll them in flour, dip them in milk, and roll them in bread crumbs (I use Italian ones), and whip up a side. I like it because it tastes fried, but is weight watchers healthy. :)

  • oh, if you have sour cream and onion potato chips you can make something really good, or at least my family things it is really good. Did the chicken in egg and roll it in crunched up potato chips and put them in the oven. Then use ranch to dip. They are really good.

  • I made this thing the other day with those grilled chicken strips. I just added some frozen broccoli, red peppers and the chicken. I then added some lemon pepper salt, olive oil, pepper, and I think basil. It was really good. Also, try www.recipezaar. I always use that site.
