Im a breast feeding mom, so unfortunantly I still get my menstrual so what can I take for cramps????

  • red raspberry leaf tea. it really helps and is safe for the baby. it also helps to strengthen the uterus which will help your body recover from pregnancy and birth. if you dont like tea they sell capsules also but the heat from the tea always helped me a lot.

  • Acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Motrin/Advil) are both fine. Ibuprofen tends to work better for cramps on a lot of women.

  • Try cutting out meat and dairy for at least two weeks before your period.
