Whats the best way to make homemade sweet potatoes for baby's first feeding?

I want to puree all baby's food but Don't know how.

  • I used a little gadget that you put the food in and turned the handle and the pureed food came out. There are also blenders that have little jars that can be placed on the same base as the big container, and so you can do little bits of food. Check in the kitchen area of your Target or Walmart, or ask in a kitchen store.

  • Just cook the food well and/or peel and chop it up, place in a blender, add a little water, and blend away! If you notice the ingredients in stage I baby foods, it just lists the food and water--no spices or preservatives!
