  • I think the lego games would be okay. But some kids that young havent grasped the concept of using all the buttons with their fingers an some at the same time so they get frustrated. My youngest sister is 4 (will be 5 later this year) and does great with her leapster 2 but cant get using the nintendo ds.

  • My son loves the lego games but sometimes they tend to frustrate him also because he can't read. I really like his V-Smile. The games are educational but that's not why I like it. I like that it is easy for him to navigate menus and play games with out much assistance. The controller is easy for him to handle. All the games are age appropriate and they come in many different familiar characters. Dora, Wall-E, Ratatouille, ect ... He LOVES the Wall-e game. It's really cute to.

  • get him a leap pad it will help him with reading, spelling, math, colors and so much more. Plus alot of schools are useing them with kids preschool- 3rd grades and up. So what if it is a learning tool the kids don't have to know that, but wouldn't you love to see him learn at the same time as having fun?

  • Ditto.
My son is almost 6. He has loved his v smile cyber pocket since he was 3. Lots of learning kid games. It also has online games. He has just now been allowed to start playing the Wii and loves it too. I like the Wii because it is Nintendo so lots of Super Mario stuff and very active.
