Does anyone really eat...

Does anyone really eat and drink all the servings of food, milk, water thats recommened???

  • I was on a diet plan for a while that required all the servings of fruit, protein veggies etc (food pyramid) and the 64 oz. of water. And I did loose weight with it, but I could never finish all the food. It was an enormous amount of food, and all that water fills you up. And I get sick of drinking nothing but water. The largest food portions are veggies, especially the green leafy and that gets boring after a while. Of course the smallest portions are starch and protein, which is my favorite to eat. It's a hard thing to do.

  • 8 glasses of water
    7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors
    6 servings of whole grains a day
    2 servings of legumes a day.
    Past the age of two, the only beverage humans need is water (and coffee).
