  • Tacos, sloppy joes,
porcupines (make meatballs using instant rice instead of bread crumbs, brown in a litle oil, drain the fat, pour over a jar of spaghetti sauce or some salsa & simmer for 15 minutes),
chili rice (brown beef with a little chopped onion, drain fat. Add 1 c. instant rice, 1 small can of tomato sauce, 1 can of water, chili powder, oregano and cumin to taste-simmer 10 minutes then add 1 can of drained corn and some chopped black olive {which are optional}. Simmer 5 more minutes),
chili mac (brown the meat and onion as above, add some 1/2 cooked macaroni and the sauce, water and seasonings and simmer for 10 minutes then add the corn & simmer 5 more minutes).
    Hope this helps

  • asian noodles...it only takes like 10 minutes...

Brown meat, boil 2 cups water, add 1 cup mixed vegies and 2 packs oriental style romen noodles. cook for 3-6 minutes. add small amt of ginger (recipie says 1 tsp but i always add a little more) return meat to the noodles and vegies, cook for about 5 minutes and your done!! add soy sauce to taste...

This recipie is a life saver when youve got 6dollars to your name a need a meal that makes leftovers..its easy to make extra and double but this recipie only needs 1 lb of beef, 2 packs of noodles, and 1 cup of frozen vegies..i double it everytime!!
