Honestly..... how often do you floss?

I brush my teeth twice a day but I only get around to flossing about once or twice a week. I used to do it all the time pre-baby lol why is it so hard now??

  • I floss at least once a day- twice or more if what I eat gets between my teeth. I think it is important to floss because otherwise the food and germs can build up where the toothbrush can't get.

  • I floss 2 times everyday. Before I was pregnant, I never had any cavities. After my son I had 4 (the dentist said that being pregnant sucked the calcium out of my body) and had to have $6,000 dollars worth of dental work done...I make sure I take very good care of my teeth!
