Did you know that Argentina has had 44 swine flu deaths?

I was suprised to hear that. Most countries have only a couple besides us and Mexico.

  • I was surprised to hear that there have been over 1 million cases here in America. Not deaths, but cases. I think it was on CNN or Discovery Health Channel.

  • I wonder how many flu deaths Argentina has in an average year.
My daughter had (probable) H1N1 a few weeks ago. It is truly no worse than a typical winter virus. Doctors are no longer testing for it, as it is so widespread. They are only prescribing the anti-viral meds for high risk patients, as the risk of serious side effects outweigh the (relatively) mild flu symptons.

  • It's just the flu.
