Periods...ugh!

We are going out of town this weekend and are suppose to go swimming. Just my luck I started my period yesterday! :( And of all periods since my son was born 6 months ago, this is a heavy period. I have been having super light cycles for 5 months now. So go figure right? My question to you is would you still go swimming? Its in a pool.

  • I used to swim in highschool. I used tampons during that time, every month.

  • Your period tends to slow down when you are in water. So a tampon, yes even for a heavier flow, would work just fine!
