Screened in porch cement foundation is wearing away. How do I handle this situation?

cement along/under the screen windows. Do I need someon to cement over it. Little fast creatures have been known to get under there. Is there a danger of having termites under there. What are ways to seal or take care of this project. Live in a townhouse and maintenance takes care of somethings but upkeep of this community has gone downhill over the last few years.

  • First contact your housing office and ask what you can do. Some places won't let you fix certain things. Second it depends on how bad the cement is. Most of the time a crack can be sealed but if you are missing chunks of cement then it has to be redone.
    Call 3 home improvement companies and see what they say. It kind of sounds like the cement needs to be replaced.
