Is this normal: teeth coming in

My son is 10 months and finally starting to get his first tooth, but instead of it being a front tooth its a canine tooth(insizer) on the top. Just wondering if its normal for a baby to get those teeth first instead of the front teeth.

  • My son got his canine first, it's strange, but the rest will come in soon. Don't worry.

  • with all 3 of my kids, once that first tooth popped out, the rest just appeared like overnight. My 1 year old has 8 teeth already and numbers 9 and 10 are working their way up. I didn't realize that he had so many until he bit me one day while we were playing and I saw all the marks on my arm!

  • My oldest got one on the bottom first, then on right above it, then a canine, then one on the bottom and then the last one on top. Within one week.
