Gift for a boy turning 18????

What can I get for a boy turning 18? He really likes cars but im not sure how to incorporate that into a gift. PLEASE HELP!

  • Buy him a car model kit.
    The kind you have to built with the glue and such.
    Find out what his fav car is and buy that model kit.
    Keeps them busy and might start a cool hobby :)

  • Gift cards to local restaurants, tickets to sporting events if he is into sports. Gift cards from music stores or game stores in area. Cards for clothing stores in area. Or his favorite sports team store.

  • give him money and a note telling him this is the first money for him to start saving for that car he's wants. He'll appreciate the car much more if he buys it himself and pays for his own insurance. We have 4 boys and 1 girl all older now and that's what we did with them. They took much better care of the car when they had to spend their own money for it.
    And they are doing the same with their children

  • Cash - i just asked my son and 4 of his friends(ages 18 to 19) and none of them like gift cards to any store- they just want cash.
