Working Out?

I want to continue working out during my pregnancy. Some people say not to do any exercises on your back after the first trimester. Some people say, it's fine, as long as you're not on your back for too long. Who's write?

  • yep you can... I have an exerciseing ball and I do yoga..very good for pregnancy..just google, safe exercises during pregnancy..it will help you

  • after about 5months, you're not suppose to lay on your back b/c it pinches a nerve, but I think you should try pregnancy workouts they are meant for pregnant women,and also help you in the long run
