Why cant i stop crying?

im pretty sure im not pregnant. i did have a baby about a year ago. i started crying a few hours ago for no reason and cant stop. wats wrong with me?

  • idk its been wierd since i had my son. it could be any were from a cpl days to a cpl weeks til i get it. i usually cramp just b4 which is y im not thinking thats it

  • Have you told your doctor about it? Could be hormones or a chemical imbalance. Check into it seriously. It happens to alot of women

  • Yes Get a journal. Keep track of your feelings and things that happen before during and after these episodes you have. It may sound a little silly but it can really be helpful. Make sure you go to a doc who is really willing to listen. The writing may be somewhat helpful even if you cant think of what exactly has made you start to cry. Good luck and im here if u need anything. Let me know how things turn out.
