Diet on Vacation

So Im kinda on a diet, just counting calories and making sure Im getting enough exercise. Im going on vacation for 3 weeks with family. I know that they are going to be making food, but I dont want to be disrespectful and decline their high-fat foods. Should I give my diet a break for those 3 weeks, or just let them know they dont need to worry about cooking for me? Its the special K diet, by the way, and I eat my meal at lunch, not dinner.

  • Screw the diet, just watch your portions! You can get back on track when you get home. Don''t pass up someone else cooking for you--ever! lol

  • I thought that calories don't count on vacation?
I would offer to buy groceries and help with meal planning.
