  • Cycling. Swimming. Walking. Aerobics. Always only with the doctor's OK though, and usually only if it is something you've been doing before pregnancy. The doctor will advise and recommend.

  • I'm a runner so I ran up until about 6 1/2 months and after that when it felt uncomfortable to run I walked briskly.
