can pms make your breast hurt?

My breast hurt so I thought that I should take a test (even though we have been really careful), well about 4, and they have all come back negative. Now I'm having cramps. So could it all just be pms? I have really really irregular cycles so sometimes it comes as a shock. lol

  • OMG!! My boobs hurt so bad during PMS. I sometimes want to cry, it hurts so bad. Run hot water from the shower and massage your boobs and take Ibuprofen for the pain.

  • Yes, PMS can make your breasts tender. Regular exercise, drinking plenty of water, and eatiing a "clean" diet with little or no animal products will decrease your PMS symtoms.
