I sometimes just eat a chicken drumstick instead of breast,they're the same, 10 gr. fat each,but the drumstick has skin and I don't eat that, I hope that makes it less than 10 gms.1 chicken drumstick is 2 pts. on weight watchers, anyways is breast o.k.?
