Is eating chicken breast o.k. on weight watchers?

I sometimes just eat a chicken drumstick instead of breast, they're the same, 10 gr. fat each, but the drumstick has skin and I don't eat that, I hope that makes it less than 10 gms.1 chicken drumstick is 2 pts. on weight watchers, anyways is breast o.k.?

  • I would prefer the chicken breast b/c you are going to get more meat for the bang, as well as meat instead of the fat that would come from the skin and gristle. A drumstick, I can't imagine would give you enough protein to keep you full on your diet. You need between 2-4 oz. and I prefer 4 oz. to keep me full. :)

Yes, chicken breast is prefect protein!
