Has anyone ever MADE HUMMUS? If so how?

  • I have but don't have the recipe's in Giada de Laurentiis' Everyday Italian book. Pureed garbanzo beans, lemons and seasonings. VERY EASY.

  • 1 can of chick peas (drained and rinsed) , some lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic, and tahini (check foodnetwork for exact amt, I think it is 1/2 a cup)
    throw everything in the food pro and blend until smooth :)

  • sorry but I Love " sabre " hummas in the grocery store.. its very smooth .. i love the plain one.. super flavor and very authentic. I like it because its doesnt have that gritty texture sometimes you get. you should give it a try!
