is there any quick remedies to heal a sunburn lip? It looks like I have a fat lip.

  • Wet a regular tea bag in cool water, pat some of the water out of it so it's not dripping everywhere, and apply it to your lips for about 15 minutes. Repeat throughout the day. The tincture in tea will help with the burning and inflammation.
    You may also want to take a low dose of ibuprofen to help with the inflammation. Keep your lips moist with a light covering of chapstick to help the healing - don't use chapstick with menthol in it.

  • Just like any burn you have to take care of it. I would use all the three! Aloe, the cool - steeped tea bag, and the chap stick/

  • i have had sunburned lips and i have always used burts bees chapped stick and carmex. its just like haveing chapped lips is all
