Help Rough feet heels? Any good ideas?

  • I use Freeman's Bare Foot softening foot lotion peppermint & plum. Also, there are some footies @ walmart (in foot care) specifically for that. They have medicated gel in them & they helped me after the 1st use! (I got both @ Wal-Mart) hope this helps!

  • Cocoa butter. It works and doesn't cost very much.

  • I like a cream with glycerin in it, it really does work. The one I'm using I found in a specialty shop- such as a nice card shop. It comes in a jar.

  • I have an electric nail care set with multiple attachments.  I smooth over my heels after a shower then apply a foot cream.

  • soak your feet, then mix some olive oil with sugar, it should be a pretty thick paste, AND SCRUB! works magical wonders.

  • omg...when i saw this i was like YES!!! i have the worst heels and right now they are hurting and are bad...were bleeding last night. so i am excited to see what people use. i use a foot cream and ped-egg but i think i need better cream or something. thanks

  • i put shea butter on my feet every night (the cheap stuff works the same as the expensive stuff) and use a pumice stone in the shower.

  • OK I'll try these and no I don't drink 8 glasses of water,,,,, never..... sorry I don't drink that much........ maybe I will start.....
