Can Half and Half be frozen?

I only buy it when a recipe calls for it or if I'm having company for coffee. I have an unopened carton in the fridge right now.

  • Thanks. I was afraid of a texture change. I guess I'll quit being so frugal and dump it when it reaches its expiration date.
