modifying custody part 2

if the non custodial parent who has supervised visits goes to court to get them unsupervised can he bring his other kids mothers to vouch that he's a good parent and that i'm the bad parent but he has domestic violence charges on him because he abused me?

  • Well he can bring whoever he wants to say whatever he wants them to, but the domestic violence charges are still going to be there regardless and that does not look good for him no matter what she says.

  • He can bring whoever he wants. You LET HIM HAVE UNSUPERVISED VISITS and were not "fearful" when you two were getting along. Now that you two aren't getting along you're "fearful" again? Please!

  • you must be more fearful because your anonymous. you must like seeing people that are having hard times be sad. your a very sad person . if your ok with a man that is abusive then please don't respond because you don't know the whole story. you must have been scorned by a bm before sorry lady!!! who said i was fearful. everything this man has done to me i'm very strong please believe it. so pleae you!! haha
