fried potatoes

I'm making fried taters for supper, any ideas on how to help spice them up a little? I added garlic powder but don't know what else I could add. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

  • We use a bit of cayenne pepper a lot of times, or some Cajun seasoning. If you're not looking for spice, but for savory flavors, add just a bit of salt and pepper, some rosemary and some thyme.
