Need to lose weight in inner thigh?????

I have been working out since Jan. and can't seem to get rid of this area. I need to lose some weight there and tone it up. HOW??????

  • You cannot spot REDUCE, you can only spot TONE areas of your body!

    That said, walking/running are surefire ways to lose fat on your legs, hips and thighs and building muscle using the inner/outer thigh machine at your gym will help! As you lose weight, the fat will "redistribute" and your skin will tighten all around.

    It takes time! BUt I have found the MOST success using a Pilates Ball and resistance bands and following the exercise program included.
