I know that red raspberry leaf tea is supposed to strengthen uterine muscles as well as pelvic muscles. my question is how much is too much? I just bought a box of it and had a cup last night and one this morning. I really like the taste so I'm thinking of having like 5 cups a day (and lowering my soda intake because of it) but is that too much? I'm 36 weeks pregnant. my midwives said the baby will be fine if born now but I want her to wait a few more weeks. I am drinking the tea so that labor will be easier, but I don't want to jump start it. thanks ladies.Answer Question
