you need to drink more water. Dark colored pee, even if it's from over night is a sign of dehydration. You should be drinking more than 8 cups a day. It's good for your baby, good for any swelling, headaches, fatigue, everything. I used to fill up a big container in the morning and put it in the fridge. I would have to finish it by the evening. You can also make a container of herbal tea, like raspberry zinger or something else you like and put in the fridge (sweetened) and drink that like water as long as it doesn't contain caffeine.
