Kraft Foods 1 Bag, 5 Dinners?

Dose anyone know how much you would spend on a weeks meal plan?
I'm looking for a good health way to feed 3 on 300 a month any idea thanks

  • I've done the one bag, 5 dinners and it helps. I can make dinner for a family of 4 all week for about $40-45 a week. If I already have some items on the list (like rice and salad dressing), then I can get away really cheaply. I've also learned not to be afraid to deviate from their chosen brands and use a brand I prefer or a cheaper brand.

  • okay well one of my favs is english muffin pizzas lots of vegis and slice your own dheese and its supper cheep. get hamburg fry it up and use it in dishes as a filler like pasta with hamburg crumbels in it and red suace thats a good one and you cna have left overs for days. mac and cheese with hamburger crumbels. stuffed peppers wich is white rice hamburger crumbels light red sauce and some salt and peper stuffed in a pepper and baked.

  • Shop stores like trader joes and don´t buy prepackaged. Instead buy the ingredients to make things yourself. I feel my family of 3 heatlhy meals for about $250/month by doing this!
