how would I know if my son is really teething? He is always getting everything in his month but I see no teeth yet.

  • If he is REALLY teething, his gums.....most likely the front bottoms (where the front 2 teeth will come in) will be irritated. Red, puffy....and later on when the teeth are about to come thru, they will turn with and get a little harder.

  • That is just what children do, it is part of their sensory. You will know when your child is teething, they will cry, run fevers, and I am sure you will be able to see the tooth starting to come in.
