why does it seem like i always have a slight headache??

is it normal? 21 weeks pregnant

  • I would try drinking more water. Dehydration is the leading cause of most headaches, and your body needs more while your pregnant. GL

  • yes definitely drink water, did wonders for me. a little caffeine will help too. you have about 40 percent more blood gushing in you now

  • i had a headache for the first 4 months of my first pregnancy. It was dull and always there. nothing seemed to help mine but it did eventually go away on it's own...the Joy's of Pregnancy...

  • its definitely a mixture of hormones, dehydration and anatomical changes. Your body is ever changing and shifting to accomodate your new baby and the weight that comes with it. Your spine compensates for this and can cause tension headaches. I am a massage therapist and I would highly recommend trying some massage to relieve any tension. Drinking extra water should help too.

  • its dehydration. I have it, and i cant stand the smell of water. Go figure.
    im still drinking tons of water, but its brutal.
