first time mom here and just wondering if that's normal. I thought they didn't drool until teeth were coming...

  • Nope. My son drooled from birth tilll...now. He is 14. ;) She will do it a lot because it is a new skill. Congratulate her, she learned how to do something!

  • My son started about then too. Invest in bibs. It will save you a lot of clothing changes

  • It's just her saliva glands kicking in and she doesn't know how to swallow yet. Until she can swallow, she will drool.

  • Yeah that was about the time my daughter started too. Now, she does it all the time lol. But she's also starting to teethe.

  • My ds did that too at 6 weeks. He was teething, got his first tooth at 3 months.
