Could you ovulate early?

I been having breast tenderness 2 weeks before my period i been feeling tired more then usal and eating more so i was wondering if it possiable that you can ovulate early? Thanks so much ladies for your help~

  • Yes, ovulation can definately occur earlier than usual in your cycle. The first part of your cycle (before ovulation) is variable. After ovulation, though, there is a set time, usually between 12 and 16 days (it varies by woman but is very reliable for each individual) before the start of your next cycle.

    Charting is wonderful, and if you're not pregnant it would be very beneficial for you to start. Get the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. You won't regret it.
