resistance bands

I have been using resistance bands for work my arms, belly and even legs and have noticed a great diff. Just wanted to know if anyone else uses this form of working out and what type of routines that help you?

  • I love restistance bands! I use them for my thighs and my arms. I put them around my ankles and do streches like that and them pull them above my head to work my arms.

  • yes. I had to use them for Physical Therapy for a hip misalignment. I also use them to tone my arms and legs. Love them and they are easy. I like easy. no impact, no sweat, works for me
