I don't strain and hurt myself or anything, but my back gets so kinked up sometimes. I'll lay on a flat surface and twist my hips. My Back Pops and I feel lots better. But is it safe?Answer Question
I did it with all 3 of my pregnancies and no problems. You can see a Chiropractor if you want.
