  • OP HERE - On a side note, has anyone tried the Mongolian Beef Asian Helper? I would like to try it but don't want to waste the money if it's nasty.

  • We had the Mongolian Beef Asian Helper tonight. I had a 1.00 of coupon so I basically got it for .25 cents. It was Great! I did, however add thinly sliced scallions and about 1 tsp of almond butter to the sauce right before it was done; oh, yes and 2 pinches of cayenne. I wanted to use red pepper flakes but I was out.

  • We do up the Enchilada or taco but I use ground chicken instead of beef. Then serve it up with chips and even use it for making tacos and burritos.
