pork tenderloin..

like 1.5 pds boneless.. how do i cook this.. i bought bc i was 3.50 for pd and half i think a good deal .. do i season it.. bake it. boil it. any ideas thank u

  • You can try a dry rub, or maybe stuff it with mushroom, onion, and garlic that has been sauteed, sear it and then bake it or smoke it on a grill with foil around it to keep it moist. If this is not an option for you then you might try or something that can give you more options. Good luck! I hope it turns out good! I love tenderloin.

  • I rub with a bit of olive oil and salt and pepper and Lawry's and put it on the grill, It is so yummy on the grill.
