can you fall pregnant when you have polycystic ovaries?

i have have polycystic ovaries and my husband and i are trying to have a baby but im not falling pregnant.

  • I'm not sure if you can ever "fall" pregnant. But you can sometimes conceive with PCOS.

  • I have PCOS and after TTC for a year I talked to a fertility Dr. who put me on Clomid and Metformin. I got pregnant on the first dose, so I guess I just needed a little nudge.
