**Cut them into cubes, marinate them in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice & rosemary. Thread onto skewers (if bamboo, soak for 20-30 minutes) then grill or broil. Serve with roasted potatoes or rice cooked in chicken broth.
**Cut into strips. Brown in a little oil. Add a package or 2 of frozen mixed veggies (I use blends with broccoli in them). Add some stir fry sauce to coat & simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
**Simmer them in some bbq sauce until really tender then shred the meat & mix with more sauce. Serve on toasted rolls or garlic toast (cook the frozen slices according to package directions)
**Cut into cubes & brown in a little oil. Add broth, carrots, celery, onions, potatoes and seasonings to make a stew. Add some jarred gravy at the end to thicken the sauce.
