Does anyone know the age or weight/height requirement for a child to stop using a booster seat in the car in the state of Pa?

  • It's 8 or 80lbs. Or it was when we lived there 2 years ago.

  • I say call your local dmv, Or The police station.
    Everybody here kept telling me its 4ft9 and 100 pounds before a kid can be out of a booster seat. Its not its 7 years old. I live in the state of new york. The 4ft9 100 pounds is the exception to the 7 years old meaning if your child is 4ft9 and 100 pounds but under 7 then they do not have to be in a booster seat.
