What can I do about Low blood pressure?

I started having low blood pressure problems before I got pregnant. I would suddenly be weak or faint. Now it is constant and I have seen a doctor they said there are no problems with my heart or brain. I will be seeing another doctor soon because I can't do anything I normally do. I am eating every two hours and drinking lots of fluids and still I can barely walk up the stairs or walk half a block to the park.

  • All depends on what u eat and chocalote, hot foods (like fast food, sometimes even mexican food). Stik to homeade sandwhiches, turket hamburger meat..taste the same as hamburger beef. Breakfast like if u eat cearl..cherrrios, special k, eggs, "homemade" waffles. I stopeed eating frozen waffles after my son turned 1. Healthier... grilled foods, no fried. every once in a while is fine..but eat healthy on regular basis.
