wat should anemic ppl eat,,and wat should i do to get back my natural face color,coz iam now like yellow

  • If you are anemic from a lack of iron, you could take iron supplements but you really really should ask your dr about it.

  • you need iron. Eat lots of spinach, beans, red meat. You need some hearty healthy food. here is a list of iron rich foods...

    Iron Rich Foods

    Beef, Pork, Lamb (Pick red meats that are lean)
    Green Leafy Vegetables: Spinach, Asparagus, Broccoli, Collard Greens, Mustard Greens, Kale, Turnip Greens, Parsley, Cabbage
    Certain fortied foods: Cereals, Oatmeal, Pasta, Rice, Grits
    Liver, Tofu, Barley, Fish: Tuna Potato

  • Have you been to the Dr.,being anemic is one thing and increasing your iron is always good, but once your skin starts changing colors it is time to see your Dr. Sounds like you are having major liver problems, go talk to your Dr, he/she should run some blood tests to see what is going on. Dont let this go on too long. Being anemic can be a very big deal, needing iron infusions, blood transfusions etc...
