  • Sequoia is my favorite place in America. We have been there many times. Crecent meadow is a beautiful short hike. Congress trail is amazing. You can't possibly do Kings Canyon AND Sequoia in one day. Sequoia is hard to see in a WEEK. We used to take our boys camping for a week there each summer. Be sure to heed all bear warnings and use bear boxes when possible. If you follow the rules you won't have any issues. We never had a bear incident...but lots of fools around us did. The Morro Rock climb is also amazing but if you are scared of heights skip that one. Message me for more info. Also If you are going to be in the park after sundown bring a jacket. It will likely be very warm in daytime..often down to 40s at night.

  • They have a HUGE tree that you can walk in/under at sequoia national park, they have really nice trails and cool things to look at! It's just a nice scenery. Kings Canyon is more for staying in a cabin, it's best to go during the snow because it is so amazingly beautiful during the winter. The most to see in Kings Canyon is all the cool cabins.
