My dh has been fighting a nightmare with Sears in regards to 7 power tools that stopped working by using new batteries.Sears sent tools off for repairs. They have lost tools and taken all our batteries and refuse to return the batteries.
We are being stonewalled at the store level and told too bad about your carrying bag and batteries...now go away. These are high dollar batteries. Sears should have not taken them if they had no intent of returning all 4 batteries.
We have asked the local store to give us a phone number or an email for their regional or district manager.They dont have it..I dont buy that for a minute. What Retail manager do you know that is unable to contact the district manager??Fishy!! NO??
Ladies, could you please advise me how to go thru proper chain of command as is dead at Sears Barton Creek Mall in Austin,Tx.This is unfair and unacceptable. Anyone offer names,addies,phone numbers?
