  • already made salad,,whole grain bread,,fresh vegies,,fresh fruit,,chicken, turkey.

  • Whole grain instant couscous. By the time I saute some chopped veggies, the couscous is done. Throw in a little evoo and seasoning (like curry powder or chinese 5 spice) and you've got dinner inside of 20 min.
    Baby carrots satisfy your urge to crunch much better than chips.
    Low sodium pretzel sticks and hummus have less fat & more protein than chips and dip.
    I also use Heart Smart Bisquick when I'm in a hurry for breakfast.
