what do u eat ?
breakfast lunch dinner snacks .. give me and idea of what u eat that helps u loose weight?

  • I pretty much eat anything I want. I just control my portions and I use sparkpeople to help keep track of what I eat and my exercise. Right now all I have been doing is cardio. Since May 1st I have lost  twelve pounds.

  • im not on a diet but i eat healthy enyways
    my snacks are things like an apple and cheese or dried cranberries
    also i drink alot of grapefruit juice its proven to burn more fat

  • I eat much the same as Louise2 minus the tv dinners.
    Just watch your portions - especially when eating out! - and make sure to replace all of your bread products (even pasta and crackers) with whole wheat.
    And exercise!! Get out and move, even a little bit, every day.

  • OH yes, and has a great Menu Planner that helps you count calories based on your weight, age, and gender, plus makes sure you get adequate servings of each food group. I'm addicted to this thing!

  • breakfast- special k. snack- yogurt and nectarine and banana bread w/ cream cheese. lunch- turkey sandwhich on whole wheat, mustard only and fruit. snack- large salad with croutons and spray dressing, fruit. dinner- special k. dessert- skinny cow ice cream bar.
