ok so i have a 3-in-1 carseat(lost the manual der) and well idk how can u make the straps higher up its a safety first brand cause they fall off top of her shoulders now any one know by chance?

  • try going to the brand website they usually have downloadable manuals for products.

  • try going by the website. But with mine there is a little strap that hangs by DS's feet and if I pull it a bit it tightens the straps. It's also got a switch on it in the same place to loosen it. You might want to try seeing if you have anything like that on the CS. If you can't figure it out then definitely go to the manufacturers website.

  • GO to and find a carseat safety techinician in your area and have them install it. As a warning 3 in 1 seats are hard to use, suck for height limits, usually only harness to 40lbs and make AWFUL and UNSAFE may find the need to get a different seat...
    If you contact the company they can walk your through how to fix the straps and they can send you a manual
