  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 can condensed milk
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 graham cracker pie shell
    1 can pie filling

Mix or stir cream cheese, until slowly add condensed milk, add vanilla. Add lemon juice. Pour into pie shell. Chill for 1 hour. Add pie filling as a topping cherry or blueberry. Chill another 3 hours.
NOTE: Instead of vanilla flavor you can use any flavor to give a hint an extra flavor

  • You don't need the pie filling, it's just toppings like cherries, I never use them

  • Buy one of those Philadelphia Cream Cheese box and go from there they usually have simple recipes for cheese cake especially if you are going to use Cream Cheese.

  • Let me know if you need a crust recipe

    Easy Cheesecake from Sweet Savvy
    for the cheesecake:
    12 oz cream cheese (1 1/2 8-ounce packages)
    2 well-beaten eggs
1/2 cup sweetener (approximate) (agave syrup works really well)
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    for the topping:
1 1/2 cups thick cultured sour cream
    1 tablespoon sweetener
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/8 teaspoon salt
Remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator and let it sit out until it reaches room temperature.
    Make the crust.

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
With an electric mixer (a stand mixer works best if you have one), cream the cream cheese until it is very smooth (cutting the cream cheese into 1" bars is helpful). It's important to do this step first, or the cheesecake will be lumpy.
Add the remaining ingredients, and mix until well incorporated.
Place mixture into 4 half-cup ramekins or 9-inch springform pan.
Bake about 20 minutes, until top is golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Combine all topping ingredients. Spoon over the top of the cheesecake and spread to cover the top completely.
Bake about 5 minutes to set.
Remove cheesecakes from oven and let cool to room temperature. Then cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Better to chill 6 to 12 hours if you have the time (and can refrain from eating it that long!)

  • Philadelphia has the mixture already made, it's in the dairy section. All you do is pour into a graham cracker crust and let chill. I have added chocolate chips or sliced strawberries to the mixure. No one knew I used a premade cheesecake base.

  • Jello makes a great one in a box. I have made my own, homemade cheescake with spring form pans and everything and Jellos is pretty good. Not quite homemade, but very good.
