  • my anger used to make me depressed cause then more often i refused to walk away from the anger.
now for a long time when I'm angry coming on i speak firmly what i have to say and walk away all the better.

a lot of people can't let go of anger at all in any length of time if what ever the anger is about, doesn't go away. that's when depression comes in. now i don't expect good results but I demand results and get them that bring closure to an anger without freaking out.

  • anger gets released. Depression doesn't unless you actively work toward getting through it. So I'd take anger over depression.

  • Anger!!!! It can "fuel the fire" meaning get you going on something instead of moping around doing nothing about "it"...
