I am in a wedding on Saturday and am feeling super bloated. I have been working out like crazy and have 7 more lbs to go. I feel good in my dress but still feel kinda bloated. Are there any quick fixes to get rid of the water weight? I was thinking about taking Midol for cramps and bloating. Do you think that would help?
